I was design lead on the web project for a new development from global rental property company — Grey Star.

Creating a digital experience that would sell a lifestlye to prospective tenants, but also maintaining a slick user experience was key.

Making sure the website matched the brand guidelines for the property development, by using off-grid elements, big typography, bold hits of colour and retro-styled photoraphy.

Key was the user being able to get to where they wanted, but to have a visual journey delivered to them. By pulling out key pages into the 'quick-nav' I also designed a full screen, takeover navigation that pulled out all important information and at a glance page links.

Giving the article section a magazine style aesthetic, was key to delve into the desired user group, but also sold the lifestyle articles. Use of rich photography, drop caps and sliding gallerys was able to accomplish this.
